These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the mobile application Scale AI: AI Dating Wingman and any related features, content, or services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Enhance. ("Enhance", "we", "our", or "us").

By downloading, accessing, or using Scale AI, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not access or use the app.

These Terms contain important information about your legal rights, limitations of liability, dispute resolution, and your responsibilities as a user.

1. Eligibility and Minimum Age

Scale AI is strictly intended for users who are 18 years of age or older.

By using the app, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years old
• You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
• You are not prohibited from using the Service under applicable law

We do not knowingly allow minors to use the app. If we discover that a user is under 18, we will immediately terminate their access and delete associated data.

2. Description of the Service

Scale AI is an AI-powered dating assistant designed to help users with:

• Message suggestions and replies
• Conversation analysis
